Your photos are your personal data. PassPrint is engineered with a local-first architecture:

• Camera captures and gallery photos remain strictly on your local device.
• Image processing (cropping, white background boost, sharpness adjustment) and PDF sheet layout calculations are performed entirely in background device threads.
• Archived PDF print history is stored strictly in your device's local application storage directory.

3. Information We Collect

To provide account authentication, cloud subscription synchronization, and trial quota management, we collect limited necessary information:

• Account Information: Your Email Address and Display Name when you sign up using Email or Google OAuth.
• Device Identifiers: Anonymous hardware device IDs to manage single active device sessions and protect free trial quotas from abuse.
• In-App Purchase Receipts: Subscription status and transaction identifiers processed securely by Google Play Billing.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for:

• Authenticating user sign-in and syncing your PassPrint Pro license across your registered devices.
• Maintaining trial quota balance and preventing security exploitation.
• Customer support and account management inquiries.

5. Third-Party Services

PassPrint integrates with trusted industry-standard service providers:

• Google Play Services & Google Play Billing: For secure in-app purchases and app delivery.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You may sign out of your account at any time. If you wish to delete your account and associated cloud data, please contact our support team at dev@jyolabs.com, and your account credentials will be permanently erased from our databases within 30 days.
